Ce que j'apprécie dans mon travail, c'est justement cette autonomie qu'on a au quotidien. Ce que j'aime bien chez Lesieur, et plus globalement chez Avril, c'est cette proximité, cette entreprise à taille humaine, tout simplement. Les collaborateurs échangent très facilement.
